Maple Tree Inn

Supposed to be non smoking but it wasn’t

The Maple Tree Inn is a great little motel! We got there around 3 AM on our way to Illinois and the owner was extremely nice and helpful, even at that hour. She got us our room super quickly and even fixed our room key that was demagnetized. The room was spotless and had nice new appliances, overall a very cozy feel. The building is being renovated, but don’t let the appearance deceive you! The new owners are great people and are doing everything they can to make sure you have a great experience. 10/10 experience + amazing value!

This motel was very very clean, safe, friendly staff. The only problem i had was getting a response from the motel phone numbers. There would be no answer. However, i highly recommend this motel. I dont know when i had such a comfy bed and such cleanliness. I liked the people too. It was very convenient to the Ke neth Cowan Civic Center.

I might have liked the place, Expedia over booked them so i had no hotel room for our party of 8 for my only sons 18th birthday weekend. We were sent to another place gareenteed rooms and wwhen we got there no rooms and expedia couldnt help and the operator didnt speak clear english and was very very hard to to understand. I found a hotel over 40 miles away from our float trip very thankful for that but Expidea will never get my business or any of my familys business ever again.

The ladies that work there are all Gems, even offered to carry bags to our room, you don't even get that at Hilton hotels anymore.

I've been coming here for three years . every time i come its better an nicer. they are very helpful an do what they can to give us a good experience. see y'all next year....

The staff were friendly and helpful, but this motel is currently under extensive renovation. There's a lot of potential here, but right now, it is not in its optimum condition. There were workers everywhere, and the back side of the building was propped up by 2 x 4s and in construction phase. They were pouring cement in the building the day we left. Still, our room was clean, quiet, and fairly nice. The people who are overseeing the improvements and working the desk were friendly and eager to please. As I said, there's potential here, but I would probably not recommend it to a friend at this time.

The management is phenomenal, Paula was so helpful and easy to work with! I recommend staying at this hotel for anyone.

Very pleased with the room. Very clean and plenty of room

It was very small but nice. The staff member was kind and friendly. The problem was sleeping, the beds were so uncomfortable my 11 and 14 year olds couldn't even sleep.
