Bel Air Motel Wildwood Crest Beach

really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, which made it super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the experience was great. I’d give it an 8/10 and would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything . The staff was rude, disrespectful , and unapologetic . This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. They never came to service the room, they gave me an attitude with trying to get new towels , and when I showed them pictures of the issues in my room all they said was “we’ll tell maintenance “. The sink was rusty , the bathroom window had no handle to open it, the tiles at the bay window weren’t sealed so they came right off, none of the lamps in the bedroom worked .

Very convenient to walk around boardwalk, Shopping, bike riding, very quiet places for relaxing, we enjoy in pool inside the motel. Owners are very nice friendly and helpful to the guests. I feel like I am in my own home. We enjoyed lots.

It was clean enough for the price and I know its supposed to have a retro charm but I was a little alarmed at how few electric outlets were in the room. Literally had to unplug a light to plug in the microwave and the one bedside light you could not plug in anywhere. Not great not terrible.

Motel is staffed by middle eastern family that barely spoke or understood English. Pool had trash floating on the surface and my grandson found something on the bottom area that he said resembled a "raw meatball". Tried to use the device with the long handle and screen on it, but it was ripped up and useless. Parking is a joke, spaces are measured barely as wide as a medium sized vehicle, so you end up door handle to door handle. No daily housekeeping service....if you want clean towels or clean bed clothes, you have to ask for them at the office. Batroom was designed for small slightly built individuals.....as we are NOT.

While the people who work there were nice, this motel needs a massive renovation. The carpet was damp and wet, so we had to walk around with our shoes on. The sink was falling off the wall, and you could not even lean on it because you were afraid that it would detach and fall on your feet. There were some stains on the sheets and everything about this motel was old. The outdoor pool area seemed okay, but we didn’t spend much time there. Overall, this motel needs a major renovation, the rooms are dismal and not worth the price you pay in high season.
