Bel Air Motel Wildwood Crest Beach

The staff was very helpful and kind. The convenience to the beach and attractions was great. The actual room itself was outdated, had an odor, the bathroom shower curtain had mold stains all over it as well as the shower head. I felt like I needed a shower after my shower. Not cheap for a room in this condition but more affordable than some other places on the strip. Next time will spend a little more and stay in a more updated and clean establishment.

TV didn’t work - once it was fixed, the remote didn’t work. Shower didn’t drain- standing water while trying to shower. Light bulb in wall socket with no shade. A/C is loud and inefficient. Carpet damp. Strong cleaning agent smell in room. Overall old and disappointing. Reviews did not reflect current condition of motel.

It was 90+ degrees and the air conditioner was broken in our room. It was weird there was a stand. up fan in our room. The lady acted like she didn't know but cleatly they did and did not care. Anyways, she came up an hour later and told us it would be fixed in 2 days!!! IT NEVER WAS FIXED. We did not get any sleep in the heat. It was the worst experience, I would never go back and certainly deserve a refund. I am letting everyone know to sty far away from this place. Wish I could give it negative stars. I would never go back.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Loved that we had a great kitchenette too!

Friendly staff. The rooms were clean and it was very close to the beach and extremely convenient. AC worked great! I plan on staying there again next year.

We came for a short stay at the beach and were quite surprised at how outdated the rooms were. (However...this is out first beach stay so we did not have much to go on for comparison..) parking was VERY tight, the pool had a lot of sea gull feathers floating in it, the sink in our bathroom was literally falling off the wall...it was disheartening. On the plus side, the staff was nice and it was only a block away from beach access.

many restaurants within walking distance from the motel, motel did not have a breakfast. THE BED WAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED AND PILLOWS I EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!

I expected the housekeeping to clean our room everyday, but when they missed a day, I found out from the front desk you needed to request it, but the office did have a sign so it is my fault. bathroom had leaky faucet, also air condition kept going on and off even if I did not put it on auto which was annoying to sleep.

Cook tops in the rooms need to be leveled and updated, refrigerators need a dedicated freezer section. Management needs to enforce no loud noise of talking after 10:00PM. Internet was spotty at times. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Did not like Direct TV

Never hear from the maid in 3 days. Parking was terrible. Needs a lot of updating
