Hotel Beach Don Gonzalo

room was nice but no hot water in shower and very little water pressure - just a dribble. staff were all very nice and friendly; very good breakfast

Well maintained small hotel. Room 12 was excellent. Very welcoming and friendly staff on all shifts. Ice available upon request. One block from beach.

We had the large room facing west, overlooking the hotel entrance with lots of natural light and western ocean breezes. The room had comfortable beds and table with chairs, lots of space. The lobby and pool areas were great for sitting and visiting. Breakfast at the hotel was convenient and excellent.

Convenient location. The beach and town's main zocalo are only several minutes walk away. It's very clean compared with the dusty sandy roads of town. Air con worked well.

The bar by the pool is a little disappointing because it's empty. They can sell you a beer, and the receptionist would sell you one, but that's about it.

Large, comfortable room. Everything was very clean. The location is good, although as Celestun is very small, I imagine that's the case for all hotels. The staff were very friendly.
