Beautiful place. Driveway is very steep and definitely recommended following instructions on getting an AWD or 4 wheel drive vehicle. Staff was amazing, they were very helpful and accommodating.

An amazing glimpse of the life styles of the rich and famous from the 80’s. Ricardo is an excellent host. Great place for a family reunion.

Couldn’t ask for a better view or more attentive staff. Room was clean and ready before checkin time. They went out of their way to accommodate and make us feel at ease. The property is still being refurbished, but those areas completed were wonderful. Only concern was the driveway. You must have a 4-wheel drive or arrange to park offsite and have them pick you up.

So hospitable and friendly!!!

We didn't get a chance to stay at this place because our reservation was cancelled by the hotel before we even arrived. They stated there was a power outage.

The family living there is super friendly and very nice but it sucks that we were charged $200 for 2-3 5-minutes rides, wasn’t told beforehand that it would be extra, only airport pick up and drop off to Condado Beach was agreed. Their breakfast was very good and delicious, wish we could stay here again but I don’t it.

Ricardo and his family were very welcoming. They made sure to text me and communicate with me on the instructions and expectations upon arrival. The grounds are just wonderful and the view of San Juan at night is impeccable. We are from Florida and this was our first time in Puerto Rico, and the family completely met our visions of how this vacation would go. They were so helpful with cultural tips and the surrounding area as far as amenities. The pool and breakfast are a mega plus. Thank you guys! :)

Absolutely beautiful with breath taking views. Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel like family. Wonderfully cooked breakfast every morning. The hospitality extended to tours of beautiful Puerto Rico.

We had an amazing time at HMS on our honeymoon. It was nice and quiet and the view just absolutely stunning.

Beautiful property with breathtaking views and a gracious and responsive staff. The pool is amazing - very large, well maintained and clean (without the use of a lot of chlorine). There are areas on the grounds that are undergoing renovations but that didn't affect our stay (no loud noises, etc.) You will be staying high up in the mountains so, for those who plan to drive their own car, keep in mind that the roads can be very steep and winding (we were told to rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle and were very glad that we did). All in all, a beautiful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan (about a 20-to-30-minute drive to the beach). We would definitely recommend.
