The location along the river is beautiful. The Staff are amazing

There are only 2 electric car chargers and one was broken. I had to wait for the other car to move and it is VERY expensive for a slow charge

Beautiful views, homely feel, welcoming and friendly staff. Exceptional food and service, great facilities included (family pool, gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi).

Nothing everything was outstanding.

I had a massage with Charlotte and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. She was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely relaxed. The massage itself was one of the best I’ve had. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for a high-quality massage and I’ll be booking again.

Stunning loft rooms, thermal spa access was included in this. Double big shower in bathroom, bath, robes, large lounge area. Lovely staff and great bar options even in spa area. Would 1000% stay again. Free parking and staff great and clued up for Gluten Free breakfast options. Room services ends for breakfast to for only £5 charge. You can sit out front by river, lovely view, tables and chairs and there are water sports available nearby and a wood oven pizza van.

For the price of the room would have loved a mini fridge in the suite, I did call prior to checking and a staff member told me there was one, but on arrival was told there wasn’t. But we provided with glass and ice bucket so that was nice. Also room service ends at 20:30pm, we weren’t made aware of this at check in and it wasn’t noted in booklet so when we called down to order at 21:00pm we were told to head to restaurant which was a little disappointing as we would of ordered earlier. In the morning they forgot toast for non gluten free English breakfast, the cups for the pot of tea and the gluten free breakfast came without Black Pudding and Sausage but no extras given to make up for smaller portion that regular breakfast (like 2 eggs, or another slice of bacon would of been nice.) But overall lovely stay.
