Location

Short staffed. Room wasn't cleaned as the previous guests had left drugs in one of the draws. Horrific when travelling with a 9 yesr old. Breakfast was a 40 minute wait. No fruit yoghurt or milk. Like I said very understaffed for the amount of booking plus servicing drinks and food to half of the lake who wasn't guest at the hotel.

"Enjoyed the hotel and spa , food wasn’t worth the money , staff weren’t friendly"

Nice place

We didn’t think the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast the full English breakfast cooked wasn’t good . The food was burnt but we got are money back .
