The room itself was acceptable, and the location was convenient for my stay.

I had an uncomfortable experience with one male front desk employee during my stay. He handled a routine policy issue in a dismissive and confrontational way, later made inappropriate comments about my private stay, and implied that a guest name could be flagged. The interaction felt invasive, judgmental, and unprofessional. Hotels should enforce policies clearly while still respecting guest privacy. I hope management addresses this staff behavior seriously.

The environment was top tier. Location was convenient, room was comfortable.

The AC/fan system in the room is astonishingly loud.

hotel is very nice. I would say my only complaint was the shower floor gets slippery so be cautious.
