"fantastic!"

everything was clean, new and well kept. the gym was small but had the essentials (treadmills, peloton, a bench and free weights up to 50lb). staff were amazing. very helpful and friendly. great bartender and restaurant staff.

Great location downtown Waterville, 100' to the Opera House, where we had tickets to the Little River Band, beautiful venue, fantastic concert! Hotel is a "little" pricey, only downside...

The room was very spacious. It did not have a microwave oven though. We would have like to have one. Beautiful bathroom. We would stay here again.
