Lockwood Hotel

What breakfast? I don't think breakfast was included. I had coffee in my room.

We were heading into town to pick up a kid from camp. We needed a nice place to sleep and shower and this hotel had a very clean and comfortable bedroom and a nicely modern bathroom and standing shower (not needing to stand in a bathtub is a huge plus). Super easy and perfect for the purpose.

Shower tile and grout needs a deep cleaning.

Haven’t been to Waterville over the past few years— the Hotel is a really nice addition to an ongoing revival of the downtown area. Very pleasant surprise. Ate in the restaurant which was very good. Everything was spotless and it was also quiet— so often hotels have thin walls and/or weird AC or heat noises. None of that. Slept very well. Nice bath/shower, too. Definitely will recommend and would stay again.

The room itself was perfect in size, layout and colors.

The smell in the elevator that accesses the kitchen. The speed of the flame in the fireplaces, it can be and should be slown down to look more natural.

Excellent all around. Complimentary valet parking, clean, spacious, modern rooms. Excellent restaurant. Delicious food, great service. Highly recommend this hotel experience.

My wife and I went to see a concert in Waterville, Maine and decided to stay at the Lockwood Hotel. We had never been there before and what a great surprise it was. It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Hip, warm, contemporary, are my first thoughts. The hotel lobby, bar, and restaurant area is very large yet still holds on to a cozy feel. The people working there were all down to earth and extremely friendly and informative. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and and both were excellent. The rooms were large, warm, and tastefully decorated. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write one for this place. My wife and I are trying to figure out another reason for going to Waterville just so we can stay at this hotel. 5 stars in my book! It's also right downtown at the beginning of all the restaurants and stores. Great place all around. :) :) You won't be disappointed by this place.

This is a beautiful hotel in downtown Waterville. I only wish I’d had more time to stay!
