Lockwood Hotel

The Lockwood is a joy to stay in! The staff are extremely friendly in a genuine way and are happy to accommodate any special requests. When I needed an extra night they went out of their way to keep me in the same room. I left an electronic device that they promptly mailed back to me. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent and priced reasonably with the same professional and friendly staff. The only negative, and it's a small one, is the parking is across the street from the hotel but it's an easy walk and they have loading and unloading areas. I will go out of my way to get to Waterville to stay at the Lockwood!

Nothing I didn’t like

My family went to Waterville, ME to see Colby College. We stayed in the Lockwood Hotel which is owned by the college. The rooms were very comfortable, and the service was excellent. We enjoyed several meals at the hotel, and the food was delicious. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond for us as well. It was a lovely respite for us

Clean and bright property

Self-parked with no trouble. We were greeted warmly, checked in quickly and off to dinner at a nearby restaurant and a show at the Opera House. Everything in walking distance, which was perfect. A quiet and restful night followed by breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, Front and Main. Host and waiter were very friendly, and the food was excellent. Friendly staff checked us out, no issues. This is a well run hotel with classy decor, comfortable beds and a great location. Looking forward to returning!
