"Good for a solo and or a family stay while on a visit to Maa Vaishno Devi Shrine."

Firstly they accommodated me with an early checkin, upon landing at the front desk by 8 am. Good location, away from the bazaar and thereby the crowds. had running hot water and clean towels and bathroom. staff were courteous and available to oblige with any requests.

Most rooms open to another wall and thus lack any outside views.

- Location was easy to access - Had Lift for all the floors - Staff was very friendly - Food (room service) was good

-Bed quality was very poor -Found Rat beets on the bed and on the floor , also communicated to staff and manger -Extra blankets were not available -Washbasin didn’t have hot water supply -Shuttle service (pick and drop at barhganga) was available from 7am to 10pm only
