Very kind and polite staff.Ower was very helpful in getting me yatri ticket and also arranged a cab for local sightseeing.Superb stay.Location is very good with restaurants and shops nearby.

Ventilation in the bathroom could have been a little better .

Excellent location for Vaishno Devi, hotel staff were very accommodating and let us have a late check out and borrow their SIM card for our trek. Very attentive & clean. They also provided a shuttle bus to katra

A little noisy - a bell goes off every time someone requests room service, and the bathroom gets wet as no shower screen or curtain but it would not put us off staying again
