it’s an ok location

it did not have heater in the room when the outside temp was -3deg. the room was moldy, damp and do so so cold. could not sleep the whole night.

The hotel itself is well built - spacious rooms with good furnishings, well equipped. Location is not too bad, not directly in center but about 1km from there with hotel providing pick and drop facilities. The staff is nice and try to be helpful. Breakfast was decent

On both days there was power outage for 30-60 minutes, exactly when we wanted to shower and hence no provision for warm water for a long time. The room we were offered had a huge floor to ceiling glass wall without any curtains and hence the room was too cold. The alternate room which was offered was smelling very strongly, perhaps due to being out of use. Ultimately they fitted the original room with curtains which was fine.

The premium rooms with view to the vaishno devi hills The large rooms. If you're booking through the app, book the premium category and not executive ones. They're slightly expensive but worth the money.

Everything was good. The distance to Banganga was slightly more but they made it easy by complimentary drop facilities.
