Nice, neat & clean. Delicious food and spacious rooms. Value for money. They provide pick and drop to Banganga as well.

Our stay was very comfortable. The family room which we had been given was very spacious and luxurious. The quality of the mattresses were very good. The entire was very clean and hygienic. The staff was very kind and polite. The room services and food services were exceptional. The food quality was also good. The hotel location was very close to the new route for Vaishno Devi temple. The hotel staff provided us with complimentary pick-up and drop services from the hotel to the temple and back to the hotel. Our overall experiace was satisfactory and beyond our expectation. We highly recomend this hotel for your next visit to Katra for Mata Rani's Darshan.

The outer look of the hotel was very simple and not so pleasing to the eyes. Though the interior of the hotel was amazing.
