CDQI Hotel

We had to leave without staying as we waited over an hour for an access code to get in the building. It was raining very hard so had to book somewhere else. Not a satisfied customer.

AVOID. The place was filthy and in terrible condition. Food residue on the floors, dirty bed sheets, mattress too large for its base, hair in the bathroom, stains on the couch, broken window, unsafe door, damaged furniture, etc. I left the place right away and OWNER REFUSE TO REFUND.

It was a good stay for the price. great location for not having a vehicle and walking around the market. We stayed in room 9 which was up 2 flights of stairs and had a baby so tricky to haul the stroller up and down when coming and going. No elevator. A bit noisy with the street traffic while in the room but otherwise was pretty clean and comfy bed. Also prompt responses from the host via text access which was nice. Would stay again if needed.

The floors were broken. The space was crowded with unnecessary kitchen. The bed was small (only a double) for two people. Th air conditioning was a loud portable model. The window which was the only source of natural light was filthy

Location was convenient and property was clean with good amenities

Fridge didn't work, to be able to sleep, we had to unplug it. Furniture consisted of an worn out filthy couch,manhandle cabinet doors to be able to close them. Tea bags supplied but no kettle. The fridge was so called "repaired" after we notified management, still didn't work with noisy freezer.

Chambre et salle de bain propres mais immeuble laid. Les environs sont peu recommandables

Place was clean,perfect spot in downtown, not need to use any car or bus to get around

The registration form is only possible to be filled from the phone, I tried to do it from a computer and it was not possible. Unfortunately the air conditioning was leaking water inside, I put a pot to collect the water while I was sleeping. Fortunately for me, I was busy during the day, so I just went to sleep.
