CDQI Hotel

First of all, the representative booked me the wrong property. This property did not meet my expectations, ie. A double bed not a queen, the laminate floor was coming apart, no parking nearby! I didn't even stay there, I walked out and booked a room at the Marriott down the street. And of course I couldn't get a refund. This is why I don't book online.

very nice room very clean service was very good secure building with security codes to enter the hotel and room the decor is updated just the bed needs to be fixed but all in all very nice and very reasonable I would stay there again but the stairs would be a problem for me but I highly recomend The Byward suites

Thé star was good its sas close to byeard market and rideau mall the one is lack of high quality internet was very slow but otherwise it’s was nice and they give some snacks and drinks I will recommend for update internet

Registration online didn't work, no flexibility to drop suitcase before check-in, after check out for a few hours while enjoying the city, no hot water, no clearly identified while in front on the door, find chips on floor room, will not recommend it and will not go back

Property was very clean Close to everything in downtown Only thing you’re pestered on the street in front of the hotel but you get that any city room was very nice and I would stay there again

The worst hotel ever. Don't waste even a penny on staying here
