location - ski in ski out was very convenient, tatami floors made it feel very cosy, the ski equipment drying room was wonderful

location - not as many food options in the area, could have used a tv in the room

New facility in a very good location, specious and nicely decorated room with a beautiful view over the mountain.

The room was cold when we arrived even though we have informed of our check in time. There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom unit in our room. It was freezing cold in the breakfast room, and they should definitely work on the quality of the food, combini type of pancakes served for breakfast was definitely a big disappointment considering the price of our stay.

Beautiful interior design. Ski in, ski out. Good ski equipment room. Nice cafe with nice espresso coffee and great view of piste. Lovely view from bedroom. Super comfortable bed. Friendly & helpful Staff.

Lack of towel rails. Lack of fridge in room. Wrong room was given to us. Though this was compensated by a $100 restaurant credit. Shabu-shabu meal was very overpriced.

Location -great as could just step out of accommodation and ski down to lift

Could only pay cash for lift ticket when purchased at accommodation, which we were fine with that as I had bought cash. However, friends who were staying at same place had no cash, so we had to help out. Maybe state on stay info that payment of cash is required on a few items at lodge. That would be my only criticism!

The fee we paid was five star rating when the property itself is more four star. It has limited facilities compared to a true five star hotel. No coffee before 10am, breakfast is limited. A boutique hotel.

Nice and new ski in ski out tsugaike kogen ski park. Location you cannot beat… right beside the run down towards the gondolas!

What impressed us most, however, was the staff's exceptional hospitality. Their attentiveness and dedication to our comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. For anyone seeking a delightful stay in Hakuba Tsugaike Kogen, complete with easy access to ski slopes and a taste of local cuisine, I can't recommend this hotel enough.

During our stay at the Ski Inn Hakuba Boutique Hotel, there wasn't a single aspect that we didn't thoroughly enjoy.
