"Loved it! Quiet, cosy, comfortable."

The staff gave us an upgrade due to off-season, we loved our room which was more of a small apartment with plenty of space, smart-TV and small kitchen. Super comfortable bed and the view from the room overlooking mountain was great. Friendly staff, very helpful, offered to drive us to the busstation on our last day and was informative about skiing and everything. Very convenient just off the slopes. Recommend 10/10. Lovely restaurants in the town as well.

The convience of skiing.

The room we stay had very foul smell, like sewage smell, though they tried to rectify it, it didn’t help. This was the only issue.

- good location at the slope - outdoor sauna - cute view from the cafe/restaurant - nice team

- we didn't receive the room we booked, we were only offered refund and to leave at 7:30pm on a Friday. We booked mountain view and TV, no TV and looked out on the street. - no fridge/mini bar in room - no fresh coffee for breakfast, only after 10am - heater was off in breakfast room - a bit away from other restaurants etc and food in hotel restaurant is a bit pricey and not great - we felt like this hotel is more managed like a hostel and not a hotel. We wouldn't go again

"If they had a proper drying room and it wasn’t so noisy between floors it would be 10 out of 10 as the staff are extrem"

Clean and spacious. Good location. Cafe area is great for views of the mountains. Lift tickets available at reception.

Unfortunately there was no drying room for ski jackets etc. so all your ski gear has to dry in your room. There is not a lot of sound proofing between floors so you hear people moving above you.

"Great place to call home during you stay in Hakuba"

The location was amazing for ski in nd ski out access. The rooms were very comfortable and a nice place to come home to after a day on the slopes. The staff was amazing. They were very friendly, warm and accommodating. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. The dinner options were top notch. Would definitely come back again.

Everything was great.
