Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and cannot be guaranteed. Guests must be 18 years or older to check in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with valid proof of relationship. The name on the booking confirmation must match the original government-issued ID/Passport. Copies or digital images are not accepted. One child under 2 years old can stay free of charge when using the existing bed. Children from 3 to 11 years old are subject to a surcharge of VND 300,000 per night. Children from 12 years old and above are considered adults and will require an additional room.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
