Absolutely beautiful apartment with fabulous decor and really comfortable

Stayed in the grand apartment, location is good above a bar , the apartment it self was fine if a little bit tired in places , it was just the cleaning that let it down cigarette buts in a full ashtray on the balcony , empty beer cans on the balcony , the table and chairs just needed a good clean to wash off green mould , same for the balcony that had a couple of weeds growing from it , the oven had not been cleaned , the en-suite sink was blocked, the carpets can not of been vacuumed as their were bits all over , I forwarded the photos to Hotels.com who contacted the property but as I booked my trip with vouchers the apartment management refused to acknowledge that there is a cleaning issue. I did not bring it to their attention on the day as we and another couple just wanted to enjoy our stay without any fuss.

Excellent location for venue we had a party at downstairs in The Terrace. Very modern well equipped apartment.

No parking nearby. A lot of stairs and no lift.

The location was fine on the main next to a lovely park.

There were many issues with this property. Both showers were blocked, and the drains full of hair & debris. I had a shower and was standing in 2 inches of dirty water with mould & hair. We politely told the staff about the plumbing issue. They said they would clear it & clean the showers immediately. They never came to clean or clear the showers. My husband had to unscrew the drain & I had to remove the debris using toilet paper. The ensuite door handle was falling off. The beds had clean sheets. However, the rest of the unit was dirty. Coffee stains on the kitchen bench, cups had coffee stains & the floors not vacuumed. Also, the unit was on the 4th floor and we had to carry our bags up and down 4 flights of stairs as there is no lift. Do not stay here!

The standard of cleaning for what you pay was awful dishwasher not working and all dirty water just left in there was literally brown 🤢 and all the flies under the free tea and coffee

The location is a prime place in Leamington. The staff who met us were friendly and helpful. The room had modern two-tone decoration. Comfy sofas. Three bathrooms (2 en-suite plus a guest bathroom) was amazing. Well lit. Check out was simple. Family friendly with enough space for a family, like staying in a small flat. The property were accommodating for a late check-in.

There were some maintenance and comfort issues. A shower waste was clogged, so you ended up with waste water around your feet. An en-suite door handle was broken. Cleaning had missed things like a used cotton bud, and feathers on the floor. The floor creaked. The Velux windows don't entirely close. USB chargers didn't actually charge, luckily we had our own plug-blocks. The floor was uneven, and made noisy cracking when walked on. The sheets felt a bit grainy. Being a loft room, there are no views - all Velux windows.
