Really good property, a work stay for two days. Very very spacious, looks to be newly refurbished. Great location.

No response to messaging to staff for the whole week prior to the booking as u wanted to know how to enter the property. There is no info that you have to speak to the bar staff in the bar below, and they will give you the access codes and show you the room. Penthouse room had no view from any room as it is in the loft with only dormer windows.

Fantastic accommodation in Central Leamington

Stayed a few times - really lovely.

Kitchen needs a few more bits of equipment/ pots and pans etc - very sparse if you do want to self cater for the stay.

Beautiful apartment in a historic building, very centrally located with a view of the river. The beds were very comfortable.

It wasn't obvious how to get access - needed to get the access code from the staff at the bar/restaurant below. Some noise on a Saturday night from the premises below - suggest earplugs. I had a query and messaged before arrival but this was not answered

Lovely big bright apartments right in the heart of Leamington.

Clothes storage was stingy and poorly designed - no full length hanging space and silly wardrobe doors and drawers without handles.

Location style of property

The dishwasher was broke the security on the external doors wasn't very safe. Parking was a 2 minute walk. Hard to unload car outside bus stop.
