"Late stay"

Booked a last minute deal and got a fantastic deal. Property was lovely, very clean, very spacious and excellent facilities. We had a family room which consisted of a large king size and a pair of bunk beds around the corner. Shower and bathroom facilities were excellent and clean. Because of its location it was very peaceful and quiet

While initially very impressive upon arrival and at first glance, the 27 garden rooms at Newton Hall are actually quite disappointing. They’re a bit crammed in to the site, poorly maintained, and not very clean. Ours had a chipped kitchen sink, a small blood stain on the bathroom door, dust on bedroom surfaces, and dog biscuits left scattered by the coffee machine, along with many more minor marks around the place. Staff were lovely at arrival but otherwise quite difficult to get hold of when required due to a wedding taking place at Newton Hall. Breakfast (served in the room) was generous in size and perfectly acceptable in quality. Overall, this place is clearly perfect if you’re at a Newton Hall event/wedding, but otherwise doesn’t justify its very high price tag.
