Turquoise Pyramids View Hotel

The hotel is right in front of the pyramids. The buffet breakfast was good. Our room, bathroom and shower were spacious. The elevator is very small. At least they have in service. The open terrace is great for relaxing and view the pyramids. The new GEM is about a 20 minute away walk. There's a Mobil gas station where you can buy snacks, water, sodas, coffee. For shops it's about a 10-15 minute walk. The staff makes you feel at home. Thank you Turquoise 😊.

I was very disappointed with this property. I had flight issues and had emailed the property about my delayed arrival (they responded with it's not a problem). Once I finally arrived at 3am, Im told by the front desk that they gave away my room even though I had my reservation booked for a few more days. He tried to blame me even though I showed exchanged message with whoever is responding from the hotel, my reservation dates and everything. I was eventually accommodated to a smaller room but from that bad interaction I just was disappointed from at the customer service. I wasn't even offered anything for my troubles. I never had this happen to me before traveling to 30+ countries.

Awesome location for one or two night stay maximum. The staff was very accommodating however the cost of transportation to and from airport was extremely expensive. Traveled solo and I did not feel unsafe in this area. The gas station on the corner was great as well

The view is absolutely amazing !! from the restaurant you can see the pyramids , also the food is beautiful , we tried everything on the menu , well cock and tasted really nice , we cant wait to Come back !!! The stuff were so kind and always willing to help 10000% recommend the hotel !

A wonderful roof restaurant with delicious food and very welcoming, attentive and nice hostess. Such a pleasure to visit after a long walk among the Pyramids. U can enjoy them from the roof btw. Thank you so much!

Espectacular location next the pyramids

Nice hotel really close to the pyramids (accessible by foot). Breakfast was included with a lot of different possibilities (western and oriental food). The restaurant is a bit more expensive than outside. Here also we can find western and oriental food. When we arrived the staff told us the restaurant would be open at 2pm but the chef only arrived in the evening so we where disappointed... Saida from the staff was really really nice and we would like thank her especially.

Definitely a place to stay with a beautiful view to the pyramids, excellent service, very attentive. Also, rooms are clean.We also enjoyed a excellent show with traditional egypcian dancers on rooftop of hotel
