We had phenomenal service from Saida. She’s what makes the hotel good. We’ve been to a few other hotel restaurants and we were none stop hassled, And couldn’t enjoy our meals. So we kept coming back to turquoise roof top patio to enjoy the great view of the pyramids and the best service in Cairo from Saida.

Beautiful view and very close distance to giza pyramids

Professional staff. Breakfast was delicious. The food was good as well. Very accommodating with little kids. The view was beautiful from our room. The entire staff was always helpful. Bringing our bags to the car or getting us milk/water. We had a great experience. Emad and rebek even gave us an hour as our Careem driver was coming late to bring us to the airport.

Close to Pyramid but away from other attractions & city centre. Not much shops & restaurants around. My experience is unfortunately the worst. My late flight scheduled to arrive Cairo from Luxor at 10:30pm but delayed for 2 hours. I arrived the hotel at 2am to check in. The hotel 1st told that me my room was no longer available because we had missed the check in date and next they said that our booking was not in the system. They only agreed to provide us a room when we threaten to complain to Expedia. Then we waited in the lobby for more than an hour them to prepare the room. At the end, we got the room at 4am, 2 hours after we arrived the room & were extremely exhausted that we gave up the morning itinerary to rest. In addition, this hotel didn't allow change of booking on Expedia. I made a mistake to book as 1 person instead of 2 but couldn't made the change in Expedia. I tried to send message to the hotel on Expedia but they didn't reply. At the end, they charged us $25 while the price difference in booking is only a few bucks & the room actually was of the same grade.

I was 5 days in Cairo with my wife and we chosen this hotel , it was the best options for us, yes some thing's can be improve like breakfast but was not something to make our trip unpleasant and same with cleaning of the hotel , We will give an EXCELLENT review to this hotel because was wat we want: closer to the pireamids , excellent view from our room to the piramids , our room was very clean all the time and the staff was very friendly. Around the hotel we have places to change money and eat diner if you want or need. Every day we walk around the hotel and we had no problems of any type with our safety peoples there are very friendly even if some times they come to you to sell different things you just say no politely and they leave i think it is normal .Month of April is the best month to go in Cairo because the temperatures can be very high and hard to walk outside .In general an excellent choice for a 4 nights vacation next to the big pyramid of Giza with an amazing view from our room or from the roof restaurant we're the breakfast is .

I had read some bad reviews and almost cancelled, but we had a great stay here. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was really good. We had hot water and great water pressure. No complaints, all good!

the hotel is across the street from the pyramids. Every morning, when I wake up, The majestic pyramids are standing there.
