The pool water was quite dirty and the sun beds too. Otherwise all was great.

The bedroom, courtyard bar downstairs and the roof top bar.

Everything from start to finish was great. Easy check I. And check out. All staff super friendly.

Everything was okay

We booked this hotel as we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool. This was advertised as having such a facility. Unfortunately it could be described at best as a plunge pool. The area got very busy and people set up camp for the day so there was very limited time, if any you could spend relaxing in that area. The outside bar area did not open until 5pm. The rooms did not have a balcony so any outside space was limited. Also, voil curtains would help with privacy. You either have to have the curtains closed and the lights on or open without privacy.

The fact that we were mislead that there was a swimming pool. It is not a swimming pool. The lounge area around the plunge pool is limited and gets very busy. A limited time permitted during busy times would be a fairer system. Many people were not happy and disappointed in the lack of promised facility.

Nieves the manager and all the front desk people especially - I’m sorry - the one started with an A, went above and beyond for us. 10/10 way better than the pictures.
