El personal fue muy agradable y ayudaba en todo lo que podía. El lugar es tranquilo por la noche y es perfecto para socializar.

El colchón y las almohadas de mi habitación dejaba un poco que desear, las toallas olían a cerrado, y las sábanas de la cama estaban con manchas.

Schitterende locatie, met ruime faciliteiten (o.a. wasgelegenheid, gezellige gemeenschappelijke zitruimtes), heerlijk ontbijt, en ruime kamer met zeer goed bed.

Alles was OK, maar je betaalt er ook wel voor.

Location was great rooms were really big. Social areas were really good with helpful friendly staff. Gym was decent for a hotel gym

"Merry Madrid"

Everything was great. Parking on site very easy. Our room had a small balcony and another set of french doors with great views of the palace and surrounding park. We’re very agile so easy walks to all areas we wanted to go. Breakfast was very good and the cafe upstairs had lovely staff too.

Only thing missing was a coffee machine!
