Every woods springs I've been to are sister hotel with a pool and breakfast this one has neither it's like a cheap hotel 6 with the name wood springs and the water pressure to brush teeth and flush the toile sucks and it's a non refundable property for that reason bc there no good

Very nice room and friendly staff!

Price is great, rooms are great, but the disruptions are crazy nonsense. First they came into the room to put a goddamn sticker on the wardrobe, then another time for pest control, then another for a 'room inspection' (yes apparently this is a thing), and then another they triggered the smoke alarms on purpose. For the smoke alarms, I thought that there was ACTUALLY A FIRE so I had to stop what I was doing in order to accommodate for them. No notice in advance and they weren't willing to come back in 20 minutes. Apparently they are going through 'new management'. What do I care? I gave my hard earned money to stay at this place, not help them take care of it.

The room looked clean in general after check in, but by the time we came back to go to sleep we noticed the pillows and the room actually smelled pretty bad. Fishy smell coming out of most of the pillows on room 411. My wife doesnt like to complain and we toughed it out but will not be staying at this hotel. Also the introduction page says when you take pets you would pay 5 dollars per day but it was not mentioned the initial fee is 50 dollars plus 5 dollars per day. I would have payed to board my dog back home if I had know that.
