Tri Terrace Motel

The lady at the front desk is the KINDEST! She is the best thing about this property, hands down! My son and I stayed here with our 2 dogs. Lots of space for them to go on leash and waste bags were provided, nice touch! There could be a few more community trash receptacles away from the rooms for pet waste disposal. Our room was in the back of the property. It was an older room and smelled of it as soon as we walked in. The wall-unit air conditioner took a while to cool the spacious room. It could use a few more lamps. The beds were quite comfortable with crisp, clean sheets and had good pillows. The little fridge was awesome. The bathroom is outdated but I was impressed with how clean the toilet, shower, floors and sink were and the lighting was good for applying makeup. The room was very clean and quiet. We did not hear anyone (other guests or pets) next door or outside. But again, the nice lady at the front office was the best part of our stay.

Very good value, property is a little dated but clean, I was on a 6 day trip, slept in several hotels, my best nights sleep was here at Tri Terrace

The manager in the front office was the most delightful, friendly and engaging person. She remembered us from our previous visit, even down to our pet and what room we stayed in. We love the nightly bonfires as well.

Lack of Cleanliness and it was over priced

I really wanted to like this place. The lady at check in was amazing, very personable. The room was pretty dated, that's understandable considering the low prices that they charge. I had two issues with the room, as I opened the curtains there was a huge cobweb in the corner of the room. As i looked , all corners had good sized cobwebs. Not a big deal but also not a good impression. The bigger issue was that as i checked the mattress for any signs of bed bugs I noticed huge stain and no mattress protector or mattress pad. So the only thing separating me from this huge stain was one thin sheet, gross. We went to Walmart and bought a cheap blanket to cover the sheets And slept on that. It looked like they were trying because i noticed new carpet and fresh paint but they still have a ways to go. The property is beautiful and they had a fire both nights which was a nice touch. For some reason I liked this place, I would rather give my money to a mom & pop any day. I'm not saying don't stay here but you might want to bring an extra blanket to cover the bed.

I never stayed there. I was contacted at 5 p.m. the day of the stay( and it was a Friday). The staff person said my room was flooded and there were no more rooms available. I was lucky to find another room at the last minute at another place in another town. The next day I was told by a resident of West Branch that I dodged a bullet by not staying at the Tri Terrace. He said they have “ sketchy” people staying there, some on monthly terms.

It sat back from the road on a slight hill overlooking a pond. It is an oldfashioned motel. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable.

It was a very nice little stay. Very comfortable bed
