I was very surprised as the unit isn't like the picture. but it was very comfortable and YES...I will go back...soon...very soon. it was quiet and peaceful and the bed was very comfortable.

"It was not bad but needs improvement in services."

Host failed to give instruction and location to which we are staying,. Hotel did.not provide pillow cases and bed sheets for extra guest listed in my booking. No complementary drinks like water at least to welcome tired and sleepy guest which is very common to other hotels nearby specially when you dont have potable water supply in the area.

The first three buildings we go to (there are 8 bldgs) donโ€™t know where we are booked we have to searched in 3 bldg . We were able to find a vacant unit in one bldg but the room was terrible. Look like a cheap motel and no working air conditioning. We find another in 4th bldg but it was not as expected as advertised. Donโ€™t look luxury at all. We have to pay again as itโ€™s owned by individual owners and not part of Venice Grand Luxury as advertised. Very bad experience. Donโ€™t book here.

"Terrible room"

The description on the website is not what you'll find. There is no two futons and no sofa bed, only two mattress and a separated sofa that does not turn into a double sofa. The room is in terrible condition, dirty, and not private. The owner does not communicate at all and no instructions. The only good thing about this place is the location and front desk services.

Absolutely awful, didnโ€™t even get to check in because the owner was not responding to my email/call, ended up cancelling the booking altogether and getting a refund because I had to find last minute accommodation elsewhere. Expedia customer service also tried contacting the owner but even then they were unsuccessful. Would absolutely not recommend.
