The property was warm and comfortable. Convenient location near the centre of town with a supermarket nearby and good facilities for cooking. I was able to park outside on this occasion, although it was not guaranteed.

The window in the ensuite couldn't be closed - latch needs fixing urgently! This made that bedroom rather chilly and an extra blanket would have been appreciated.

Excellent Location.

Everything. We decided to find alternative accommodation. The property was dirty, had a stale smoke smell, the bath in the en suite had a large crack in the panel, the toilet seat lid had a large crack, the fridge door was broken and left a sharp edge at head height for children. Poor quality, not as advertised and should be refunded

We enjoyed our time in this lovely flat. It was an extremely convenient 3 minutes walk to The Ladies College.

Absolutely terrible service, no empathy to a difficult situation when it was raised, all they think about is their wallets and nothing else! DO NOT BOOK A STAY WITH THIS ACCOMMODATION!

Lovely cosy appartment on the top floor. Easy walk to town. Parking a little tricky due to drive down the pavement but I always found a space. Seems to be 3 spaces for the 3 flats. There are 3 car parks within a short walk. Slept really well in bed.

Forgot to get milk so used the long life milk that was in the appartment. This had lumps in it so really needs throwing out. Only one bedside lamp in the main bedroom and none in the 2nd bedroom. Could be useful to get more as power points are there. In the second bedroom the lightswitch needs screwing on and so does the door handle to the ensuite. Would have done this but didn't have a philips handy. Also side of bath and toilet seat are cracked. Don't let these few niggles put you off what is a really nice place to stay

The apartment was spotlessly clean. We couldn't fault it. Nice kitchen layout.

The 4 flights of steep stairs, trying to lug heavy suitcase up. Had I been on my own I wouldn't have managed. The twin bedroom was on a lean, and I felt like I was going to fall over every time I got out of bed. Couch was uncomfortable.
