Clean, central, value for money

It’s tired, loo seat and bath panel broken - needs a good lick and polish

Check in was smooth as arrival was pre-communicated. Host very accessible. Just a few bus stops away from the railway station and shopping area as Cheltenham is a small town. We liked the kitchen very much, has everything we needed.

The washing basin in the ensuite is very small. The windowsills were not very clean. No lift so not friendly for us carrying three big luggages upstairs.

Enough space for us all

The location and parking were good and the flat was well equipped

The location was great, very close to the city centre.

Broken bathroom, stuck window, the curtains didn’t cover the windows properly

Amazing location for an easy 5-10 min stroll into central Cheltenham. Lots of space, 2 bedrooms a twin room and a huge king/super king(?) in the other. Having a lounge & dining area with kitchen facilities was a fabulous bonus. Great value!

Great location and very comfortable

The stairs to the 3rd floor!

For this 80 yr old the stairs were hard but nice flat when the top floor reached.

Parking was always a worry that there might not have been a spot for us in front of the house. But we were lucky, there always was!
