The only thing we didn’t like was the waft of cigarette smoke from downstairs apartment but not a lot you can do about that.

Absolutely perfect stay amazing value

Lovely accommodation which was clean, spacious and very light. Bus stop right outside the door and within about 10 minutes from the Metro Station and close to the beach. Easy to find and parking wasn't a problem on the street outside. There was a little bit of traffic noise but we didn't find this a problem.

There was smell of nicotine when entering the property and up the stairs which was a bit unpleasant - think this has been noted by other guests.

Very clean, nice bathroom and main bedroom, good quality bedding and towels, comfy double bed, good provision of plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery etc, washing up liquid, sponge, tea and coffee provided. Netflix available (with own log in).

Single bedroom very small and bare with damp or water damage on wall, daughter not impressed! Sofa in living room uncomfortable. Overhead light in dining area not working, had to eat tea with table lamp pointing at us but still bit dark really. Cold, draughty staircase leading to all accomodation on first floor level with no door at top of stairs (heating within accomodation did work well), smell of smoke from neighbours (air freshner on landing helped). Very busy road with traffic noise all through night disturbed 2 out of 3 of us.

Yard needs clearing, the paint work needs re doing and the lighting is very dark.
