EXCEPTIONAL customer service, room was clean, shower was nice

The light bulb in the room was on “power saving mode” and was kind of lighting up the whole room which made me not sleep at all :( The place was pretty cold overall but heater helped a bit

Clean, quiet, spacious rooms

A little out of the way, and we hadn’t factored in the elevation from the centre of Cusco

El hotel nuevo, muy limpio y con detalles bonitos. Algo que cambiaria es la luz en la habitacion, la cambiaria de luz fria a luz calida, ya que molesta mucho a los ojos. Ubicacion retirada del centro. Desayuno basico. Personal muy servicial y agradable.

Very friendly staff, complimentary airport pickup was convenient and nice to have the restaurant on the second floor!

I liked that everyone was friendly, the hotel was clean, and it felt safe to sleep there. The only issue was that the walls atlre a lottle thin and when there are loys of people you can hear everyone. Other than that the food was great, the drinks were great, customer service was awesome. Great place to stay.

We regretted staying at Ayni Cusco because it was far from downtown historic center. We had to pay for a taxi every time we will go there. It was nothing to do at Ayni. the hotel look empty. The bar area look abandoned . People were nice though.

It is located higher in the hillside, above the main part of the city. So a bit of a walk of that’s your preference, but walking down was easy and rides were not expensive and the location was secure. It came with two older pups outside that were very sweet 😊 We stayed a total of 4 nights throughout our trip and the staff were amazing every time. Jhon in particular was there at the front desk several times and was extremely kind and helpful! We were always happy to see him during our stays. We left our luggage several times for various excursions with no problems. We ate breakfasts there each day and dinner once and the food was good. We had a vegan in our group and he was able to find options. We were even charged too much one night through a booking app, and the hotel notified and reimbursed us. Highly recommend!

Some of the rooms have small windows above the doors, and if someone turns on the hallway lights at light it’s very bright in the room. But otherwise no complaints!
