"Clean and pristine!"

Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean and pristine! John at the front was full of great info, friendly and really made our stay personable! Our room with a veranda gave us great fresh air and a beautiful, beautiful view of the mountains and the archaeological site! The upstairs terrace was incredible! It is really a beautiful and clean hotel! Breakfast is good but there is rarely anything left at 9 am even though it is until 10 am! You have to ask and wait for fresh stuff or just have cereal. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I loved the decorative elements in the room. Also everything was clean. And I loved the „crema de calabaza“, muy delicioso! The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you for the nice stay!

Hadde et bra opphold, totalt sett veldig fornøyd. Det er veldig lytt, i den grad at du kan høre naboens telefon som er på lydløs vibrere. Personalet var kjempe hyggelig. Ble tilbudt «carry on» bag med frokost når vi skulle til machu picchu som sto klar grytidlig om morgenen. Samme ble satt frem når vi skulle fly videre uten spørsmål. Frokost og restaurant er så som så. Renhold var helt topp.

Nous sommes restées une seule nuit dans cet hôtel comme nous reprenions l’avion. Nous avons toutefois trouvé les installations impeccables et le service était excellent. Le transport vers l’aéroport est définitivement un plus. Nous recommandons vivement !

Staff was kind and helpful, the first night there were some noisy guests but I think it was beyond staff skills to control them, they really tried but these guests don’t seem to care.
