Ayni Cusco Hotel

Stayed here after my 5-day trek to Machu Picchu. The bed was very comfortable and location was quiet as well. Walkable to many coffee shops, dinning & shops.

Nice and clean

Excellent hotel but the area seems a bit sketchy, but we didn’t have any problems at all. The hotel is spanking new with large rooms and nice fixtures. The bar on the fifth floor provides a great view of the city and serves great libations, food and atmosphere. Need to take a taxi to get to the Plaza, but it’s worth every penny that you pay for this hidden gem of a hotel.

Horrible experiencia! No se lo recomiendo a nadie. La habitación olía a excremento, había hormigas en el baño, la ducha no funcionaba y no había agua caliente. Las paredes son tan delgadas que se escucha todo de otras habitaciones. El desayuno fue pésimo y mal presentado. La atención fue nula, y Lidia Wilca, la gerente, nunca apareció ni se disculpó. No hay higiene, no hay servicio, no hay respeto. Eviten este lugar. Cusco tiene muchas mejores opciones.

The condition of the hotel was excellent. Clean and inviting. It's a great location of you want quiet and to be away from the busy center. Taxi is readily available and the hotel will call one for you any time. There was a misunderstanding with the free airport shuttle that was promised during messaging with the hotel host initially. But when i got the taxi,, docent people that were at the hotel front desk didn't seem to know about it. It took a ew texts and a phone call between the taxi driver and the hotel front desk to sort it out.

It was a beautifully presented and clean hotel with spacious rooms. We had a small balcony which had great views of cusco city. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and the dinners were superb! The only thing to know is that it is quite a way from the city centre. Its walkable, but if youre not acclimatised to altitude, it would be tough as getting back to the hotel is all uphill! However, taxis are super cheap, quick and easy especially if you use uber. We loved our stay and would come back again!

Ayni Hotel is clean and decorated beautifully. Upon arrival, the staff showed care by asking how I was feeling due to the elevation and encouraged me to go upstairs and eat--but not too much! They have truly been hospitable during my stay. Make sure to spend some time sipping a beverage on the upper balcony. :)

El hotel super limpio, la atencion inceeible y el restaurante estuvo 10/10.

The room was very clean. The restaurant was great. Having breakfast and an airport transfer made it really convenient and economical.
