The royalton its self was beautiful. The food is not good at all. Like a 2 out of 10. If you are booking for your kids this is the spot. Kf you arw a couple booking for just you two go soemwhere nicer. The best thing was the pools. Alot of workers do not know english so instead of say no english they just look at you and not answer. We had a great time but the food could have been way better

Resort was great. Lots of different restaurant options and the pools were nice and clean. Only thing was at the mexican restaurant agave, my wife got the mole chicken enchiladas and something tasted very off with the sauce. Like it had gone bad a month ago or something so we didnt eat that. Other than that the other restaurants were great and the drinks were delicious.

Since we booked this property through Expedia, we had to go to a different area for check out, which was across the resort. Also, when there was an issue in the room, it was difficult to get someone from Guest Services to help us. It was only when we went through the Guest Services Expedia that we were able to be assisted. Ariana from Guest Services Expedia was amazing. She was responsive and helped us with our restaurant bookings. She was professional, friendly and very helpful.

There was ONLY one thing I had an issue with, there was no free bottle of alcohol in the room. Usually when you have a swim up or you have like more VIP diamond they give you like an incentive and they didn’t give us a bottle for the room but other than that, the service was outstanding.
