Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

I went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. since my reservation was thru Expedia my check in process was easy however, the rest of the group were inline for almost two hours. the food was not great you better off making reservations for the restaurants and it has to be done a day in advance.

All of the bartenders discriminated against us and did not pay attention to us. The drinks were not great. The staff, moreover bartenders, will insist on tips or they will not even look at you when speaking.

Im gonna take a moment of my time to write this amazing review about the hotel staff with special mention of my room servers Yareni y Clarisa, they are amazing and friendly person, always taking care of me and my family, I recommend this hotel for family vacation to everyone wants to visit Mexico (Cancun) Hola voy a tomar un momento de mi ajustado tiempo para recomendarles este bello Hotel en Rivera Maya cancun, muy buen staff destacanto a nuestras muchachas del servicio de habitación Yareni y Clarisa, muy buenas personas y super atentas conmigo y mi familia, excelentes trabajadoras y con una infinita calidad humana, ojala y este review haga efecto en sus jefes y la lleven a un proximo nivel dentro de esta instalacion…

The staff needs better training in being nice with clients. The Staff at the Store were very rude-Guillermo

This place was amazing if you have children. They have indoor playground that fits for infants till young children. I wish they would allow both parents to be at the playground even though when we were there it was barely any other children. We love the waterpark and lazy river. We also enjoyed that there were verity of the restaurants. We enjoy cultural and shows in the center of the hotel every night.
