Super service in the hotel the best

There is a lingering odor of sewage in our diamond club room. It is mentioned by others

The water park was a great feature on the resort. All family members including the adults had a great experience.

If you stay here you have to eat at the restaurants for dinner, the buffet was not very good the food tasted pretty bad, bland and not fresh. The lack of fresh fruit for breakfast was also surprising. But the stake house is amazing as well as the cave restaurant and the Japanese one.

Facilities A+ Service Excellent. The Only bad thing was the beach Sargssum.

Overall the hotel is good, there is a swamp that emits a strong bad odor all over the hotel grounds. Staff was friendly once you get aquientwd

Staff was nice tons of stuff fornthe kids to do BUT food was bad and check in was awful- again the kids had a blast and we would have too if the food was even ok

I enjoyed the layout of the property. The swim out pool was clean and great. I hated that there was larvae in the shower stall, it took 1 days t I get a crib and my promise to have the door decorated never happened. I was beyond disappointed to celebrate his 1st birthday at this resort. It's sad because we've stayed at Royalton in St Lucia and it was fantastic!
