Location is very good for Cooktown which is well worth visiting. Nice tropical garden on premises.

No WiFi in contrast to what was advertised. Pool apparently closed for months. Ablution block needs urgent plumbing works done. The best days of this accommodation seem to be long gone. Even for this price bad value. Think twice before booking!

Nothing. Rooms 16 to 24 were prison cells. At $120 it was absolute extortion. $50 was barely POSSIBLY, value. Maybe. No toilets or showers. Hidden in a dingy , dirty wing of the motel. Might have been acceptable as a lower class backpackers. I & two others upgraded to rooms with ensuite?? Still barely worth $100. We had to pay an extra $40 each. Unbelievable. $160 each for barely basic amenities. My fault For not doing due diligence. Seriously, give this place a miss.Big time. On the plus side , the linen was clean.

Absolutely NOTHING !!!!

It was a disgrace - filthy and depressing The room was dark and simply foul - I have stayed in hotels all over the world over my 62 years on the planet and this is probably the worst one I have ever stayed in - yes it's than bad - this place should be reclassified as a hostel - and even then it's just not a nice place to stay and vastly overpriced My opinion AVOID ! You have been warned
