Austin Condo Hotel

We had a great experience here. We had a group of 7 girls and we had the Modern Condo and the Longhorn condo. It was perfect for us. The view from the Longhorn was amazing. There was a trail loop right outside that circled around the city. I highly recommend this place.

Location was great and easy to get to from freeway - but you need to look for address as the name of the building was different. View of river was beautiful. Valet guys were great with food suggestions and very quick getting our car. Only things missing in the apartment are kettle, toaster and microwave. Loved our stay in Austin and will be back!.

The room was very nice and accommodated our group nicely. The pool was beautiful and the club room was a great room to relax. The hotel was clean and felt very safe. We also loved covee coffee down stairs. The valet was a very nice touch & everyone we interacted with were very nice. Rainey street was the perfect location to stay at, it was so easy to get to where ever we needed to go.

“Natiivo” is the name it says on the building rather than Austin Condo Hotel, but the latter name is apt. I stayed in unit 1310 and it was wonderful. Huge, well appointed condo, 2BR/2BA, W/D (bring detergent, etc), great AC and wifi, a balcony, big closets, kitchen, human front desk check-in (not a lock box or key bad). Adjacent to great neighborhoods. I’d return in a heartbeat. 💯

Great location for a family of 4 visiting Austin for the first time. Would stay again.

We loved our stay there last weekend! The condo was modern and very clean. Great value compared to other places. The location can't be beat. It was convenient to have a coffee shop adjoining the lobby. We got breakfast tacos and aqua fresco next door from Tomalo - delish!

Sleek modern condo hotel. We loved having a kitchen and separate living space for relaxing over the weekend. Convenient location close to Rainey Street and Convention center plus many restaurants. Incredible views.

We really enjoyed our time at Austin condo hotel. The facilities were very clean, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the view from our suite was excellent. It was everything we are looking for to travel with extended family and our dog.

We always enjoy staying at Natiivo! The condo is in a great location. It’s so easy to drive or catch an uber downtown or to to tye trendy East Austin area. You can also walk to Rainey Street or go for a walk around the Lake on the Ann & Roy Butler Trail. There’s so much to see and do. We especially loved watching the fireworks from the rooftop pool area. Such a fun time! The condo is decorated with a fun Austin vibe. There’s even a record player to play some music while you are getting ready to go out for the evening. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was very nice and the views were amazing!!! You are very pleased with the amenities of the building. Everything was top-notch and we really had a good time.
