Nothing at all

It was very dirty and poorly maintained resort. Right from the entrance, the lift, the rooms everything was dirty and filthy. Would never ever go back to this resort, completely destroyed our Goa trip.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location (less crowded part of the beach) and proximity to good clubs/bars, beach seats with umbrellas are available for hotel guests, clean room

The bathroom can get a bit smelly if the AC is off due to used materials in the huts..

Right next to the beach with outside shower to wash away salt water. Outside restaurant with view at the sea.

Price does not reflect the stay. You can go to double tree by Hilton in Goa for a week and the price will actually be cheaper. Same with the food in the restaurant it was extremely overpriced, as an example beer Corona cost 300 but if you go on the beach and walk 200m to a restaurant it cost 100.
