The location is amazingly beautiful. Sunset view from the resort is nice. Staff are friendly. Rooms are quite comfortable and clean.

Food could have been better. Tea is not at all worth drinking. Offering water while ordering food is not at all there.

Location was superb. Dining options were excessively expanded for the area. The portins were not to standard. However the staff were extremely helpful.

A little cut off from most major attractions of North Goa Musty smell in rooms Mosquitoes inside room Very slow flow of faucet water And somehow the bathroom smelt Thankfully we were provided with an auto air purifier They could have a wire mesh on the main door Two large beds in one room with no separation No almirah to keep stuff

Beach access was good. Location is good. The food at the restaurant is also nice. Room mattress were comfortable.

Place not kept like a 4 star. Litter could be seen around the pool area. Pool is way too small. The beach shower was not working. The spa room was not open. Had to keep calling help desk to open the room locks. The reception area was unkempt,

The water in the washroom flows slowly. Can shower but can't wash hair
