L acceuil parfait, la propreté du lieu

L odeur des remonté d egout dans la salle de bain qui venait dans la chambre. C etait tres dommage car parfait sinon

Great location, good communication and excellent included breakfast.

No doona in the room to sleep with or on site staff to ask for one. Also must be noted the flipside of the great location is that it is very noisy.

After reading lots of negative reviews we were very hesitant to stay and on the verge of cancelling this property BUT after communicating with the owner and raising our concerns he reassured us that all was good with the hotel so we continued with the booking being pleasantly surprised. The building is beautiful ,upon entry there is a big atrium and cars are parked in there from the residents that live there. There are a few flights of stairs, no lift so if you have a big case like we did you may struggle. It's very close to the train station a short walk to the main part of the city with lots of restaurants and shops and sights. The owner sent us details of how to enter the property if he wasn't there when we arrived which were easy to follow, however he was there and showed us to our room explaining everything. We had a deluxe room which was really big & clean,en suite shower with everything we needed for our stay, towers were lovely and soft and the cleaner offered to come in the next morning even though we were only there 2 nights. There was a vending machine with quite a bit of variety in and a coffee machine which was very handy.

The breakfast we found very basic, there were flies around the bread products too which should be covered at all times, the balcony doors were open which is lovely but let's the flies in. The coffee was good though. The noise from the street even with the doors and wooden shutters closed it was still quite loud.

Chambre très bruyante, aucune isolation avec l’extérieur très bruyant. Petit déjeuner sommaire.

Le Palazzo est incroyable. Vieux mais très beau. En revanche les chambres sont basiques et les fermetures version sorties de secours sont laides et bruyantes. La salle de bain et wc de l’autre côté du couloir pas très pratiques. Bon emplacement. Attention en zone ZTL

Staff was a amazing and very helpful; location was great. Excellent value.

Breakfast wasn't brilliant.

Questo Hotel (o forse più un B&B) si trova in un bellissimo vecchio palazzo, che sicuramente ha già visto tempi migliori. Le camere sono semplici e pulite.
