駅に近い。内装はとても新しくて綺麗。チェックアウト後も荷物を置かせてくれる。ケトルを貸してくれた

シャワーヘッドを固定する場所が壊れていてシャワーを置けない。洗面台の排水が悪くすぐ水が溜まる。部屋にあるドライヤーがなぜかコンセントとサイズが合わないので刺さらずアダプターが必要。スタッフには英語が通じないので、イタリア語を喋ってもらって翻訳機にかけるのが良い(とても親切に対応してくれようとはする気概は感じるが…割愛)。エレベーターはない。コーヒーマシンやカップはないので何か飲んだり作りたい場合は持参必要。

Le service insuffisant La situation de la chambre donnant sur la rue. Très Bruyant.

La posizione era ottima, nel cuore della parte storica e popolare di Palermo antica. Il palazzo in cui era stato ricavato questo piccolo albergo, è impressionante anche se fatiscente.

Le traccie delle infiltrazioni d'acqua in alcune pareti, inizialmente, mi hanno lasciata sconcertata. le la struttura era pulita e questo era la cosa più importante.

Le palais avec ses airs de château hanté...

Aucune communication avec "l'accueil" après le paiement de la chambre ... La première chambre proposée n'avait pas de fenêtre... Avons vu deux personnes ou plutôt deux hommes de peine qui semblaient assumer seules la responsabilité de l'hôtel (ménage, petit déjeuner.. ). Avons renoncé à demander tout service comme le transfert à l'aéroport, n'ayant ojamais rencontré personne à l'accueil ). Pas de sourires... 'un dialogue de sourds .Bref un hôtel fantôme à l'image du palais ...

The location is very good and the guy who hosted us, Mr. Arif, was so amazing, helpful and so polite. He helped us with everything. He is the one who makes this place worth staying. He also took our luggage for almost the whole one day more so we don't need to book the storage in the city.

The apartment is located in an area that doesn’t feel very safe, even though it is close to the city center and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Palermo. The room itself is old and not particularly clean.
