Fantastic location and such a lot of character. It's like a fancy hotel within a boutique style setting with the impressive and slightly bizarre entrance. Staff were fantastic, breakfast decent enough, overall brilliant value for money and perfectly clean also. I would happily stay again.

Our bathroom was separate from the room, but it was cheaper, so cannot complain at all.

二月下旬入住的，第一天早晨下船后抵达酒店，前台小姐姐贴心地立刻安排入住，看到我们一脸疲惫还为我们现磨咖啡，询问我们是否吃些面包早点，第一印象实在太棒了。 二个人订了三人间，为了空间大一些。事实证明，这个决定太正确了，房间非常非常大，对着纵向的街道，很敞亮。卫生间的设施也很现代化，很整洁干净。 前台小姐姐介绍，这整栋建筑有一百多年的历史，顶上的壁画也有百年了。因而建筑内没有电梯，公寓在二楼，行李得搬上去，相较于公寓的环境，搬点行李不算什么。 地理位置优越，距离火车站和景点都很近，周边餐厅选择也很多，是性价比很高的选择。 We checked in on late February. On the first morning after disembarking the ship, we arrived at the hotel. The receptionist, a kind-hearted young lady, promptly arranged our check-in. Seeing our tired faces, she even made freshly brewed coffee for us and inquired if we would like some bread for breakfast. Our first impression was truly fantastic. We booked a triple room for two people to have more space. It turned out that this decision was absolutely correct. The room was very spacious and faced a longitudinal street, making it bright and airy. The bathroom facilities were also modern and very clean. The receptionist introduced that the entire building had a history of over a hundred years, and the mural on the ceiling was also a century old. Therefore, there was no elevator in the building, and the apartment was on the second floor, so the luggages had to be carried up. Compared to the environment of the apartment, carrying some luggages was nothing. The location is excellent, being close to both the train station and attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. It's a great value for money.

Cet hôtel est un petit bijou en plein cœur de Palerme, il vaut absolument le détour. Levez les yeux dans la salle du petit déjeuner pour admirer les plafonds, prenez le temps de monter l’escalier rose majestueux. Rien que l’arrivée dans la cour est une surprise !

L’état général du bâtiment est étonnant mais tout à fait cohérent avec la ville. Il doit s’agit d’un palais qui abrite sans doute des domiciles privés et cet hôtel. De fait, notre chambre donnait sur la rue à proximité du marché de Ballaro, institution de Palerme à voir absolument mais qui peut être bruyante dès potron minet… Par ailleurs, la salle d’eau et les WC étaient bien privatifs mais dans le couloir ! Le confort de la chambre est donc un peu spartiate mais nous recommandons ce lieu tout à fait improbable !

Amazing old building. Good breakfast in a room with an incredible C18th painted ceiling. Good location very close to railway station and all the sites.

Room very basic. No kettle / fridge. A couple of things broken in the room.

Excellent location.close the main historic area. Also good transport links nearby. Be aware that the building entrance is very modest, doesn't look like a hotel entrance, but I guess is for security reasons as sharing with other departments in the old palace. Also it is close to the market so then ,of course there is noise around it. Breakfast is basic, so don't expect a continental type. But overall it's comfortable. Staff very friendly and quick response to your needs. Good if you are looking for a place as a base to sleep only. .
