"I would stay here again, no issues."

Quiet, comfortable good price for right at the beach.

Main office is 4 blocks away, I did not know this. So I was quite confused when trying to find the place, had to call a few times. But staff was friendly. Also to have off street parking was an additional $20 per night.

"Super terrible, I will never book here again"

I rented for a room at the starfish. There was none available so they gave me one at the Granier. Everything looked very dirty. It smelled bad. The shower was completely clogged. The water came all the way up to the top we couldn’t use the shower. It was just a very bad experience, and we had to make a line for over an hour and a half to be able to check in.

Rooms need to be cleaned. Need more staff to help at the front desk too many people checking in and only two people helping people are waiting for more than two hours to check in.

$100 deposit that i didn’t know about it. Till now they didn’t refund. $20 for open parking and it was written available parking, and the studio was nott the one from the photo! Was a different one very noisy. Bad experience

Upon arrival I actually had a choice to take a different hotel that was 5 blocks closer to Johnson St so I took it. It was decent with new floors and had a mini refrigerator. Downside was being on the corner of N. Ocean Ave. I heard the traffic all day and all night at the times I was in the room. Service at the office desk was great.
