The pool is heated and it's clothing optional which was great. The location surroundings are amazing so much beauty and nature, The room was perfect with a microwave and gas cooker.air con If you like me adventurous there are many good hikes in the area

Others characterized this place as a diamond on the ruff and I think that is a very apt assessment! The grounds are much more expansive than these pictures indicate - a very big well maintenances pool, a small-ish free weight area and an open relaxation grounds. The on-site staff was also very helpful, friendly and we experienced nothing but excellent service from these folks! Lastly, one point that I def want to highlight is the restaurant that is onsite - the items we had were absolutely EXCELLENT and of great value! There wasn’t any sort of markup and such just because the location is a bit remote, which was something that was def appreciated!

The AC in our particular unit was either in need of possible maintenance, perhaps possibly replaced altogether with a superior unit and/or, augmented with an additional second unit to help the one that is currently in place. Overall, it was possible to reach a temp where it could become comfortable to sleep however, it took awhile and was a bit of a battle to get to that point. Lastly, whereas there isn’t anything that the owners can do about this last item, it is certainly u understandable how the remote location can prove to be a very big downside and or even completely remove this property from consideration, which is too bad because there are several very impressive and worth wild positive aspects to the overall experience.

What an incredible find!!! Far up the river from the craziness of Puerto Vallarta, this sanctuary was carved out of the jungle to provide quiet and privacy for your stay. The largest and most perfectly maintained pool anywhere!!! Stunning! We will be back!

Because of the location near the river and jungle adventure operations, there are occasional groups of four wheel cycles passing by…pro or con, you decide.

the location. it’s remote but it was exactly what I was looking for. the owners were great and very helpful and understanding to my needs. very accomadating.

as the owners continue with their success, they are constantly improving and expanding service offerings to which minor things may be overlooked-so minor I cannot remember what it was! with every business, there is always growing pains; I’d recommend anyone who wants to experience a few days in PV like you’ve never experienced, to checkin and explore a different aspect all together.

The location is deep in the jungle, secluded and private—the perfect place to escape the city. The food and drinks at the restaurant are tasty, loved the pool and river stream. you also have 2 fur friends who are the sweetest things. You have the most amazing host, Trevor was gracious and welcoming!! He just wanted to make sure my friends and I had the best time.

We had dinner and breakfast and both meals were delicious. This place has a laid-back vibe. The owners and staff are very chill. It’s definitely off the beaten track. Great birdwatching and the pool is wonderful.

The checkout process took over 30 minutes because of credit card machine problems/Internet?

It was a very special place overlooking a river and beautiful birds. Food was excellent, made to order, too. Creative grounds. Great pool. Dog friendly! The staff will do anything for you! Loved the closet/ chest. Not a traditional motel, I loved it!

Wow what a find! My wife and I were travelling to PV to take a break from our weekly grind and Amaria more than delivered this. From the delicious breakfasts to the patio hammocks, this place is truly an oasis. Our host Trevor went out of his way to make us feel at home, and mixes a mean margarita. Best of all was that he was able to arrange us transportation into town each day so we got the best of both worlds. We were able to explore Vallarta and also relax poolside in the evenings. Thank you for your hospitality Trevor, we look forward to staying with you again in future!
