"Decent but needs repairs and better hospitality"

Large and spacious property. Good decor. Close to the attractions.

Poor upkeep. I was annoyed to find that they had clearly watered down the handwash in the downstairs WC. And they provided 2 toilet rolls for 8 guests staying 2 nights. We had to go out to buy more. The kitchen is poorly stocked compared to other places I've stayed. The worst part though is that water was pouring down the kitchen wall from the shower directly above. We had to immediately stop the shower and no one else could use it after that. For 4 adults and 4 kids, that's completely unacceptable. Proper repairs need to be done.

It was in walking distance to the pier

A lot was broken in the house and considering there is £100 cleaning fee it was not that clean I had to clean myself

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Exactly how it looks online. Nice smell.. Felt like home.. will recommend it to anyone.

Took a while to get heating. Would be nice if the front outside windows and environment can be cleaned up.
