Lovely layout. Cleanliness. Comfy bed. Spacious.

Repairs need to be prioritised! Such a beautiful interior but so many little things wrong that need to be fixed. Broken window handles, broken fridge door shelf, bench is snapping in dining room, hinges on kitchen door broken. If these little things were fixed then property would definitely be 5 stars!!

Best thing is location to to the town and football ground.

Dirty and needs updating. Lots of damage around the property, as you can see from previous comments. Clearly hasn’t been fixed as still the same now. Got charged £100 cleaning fee but had to clean up ourselves, also they kept deposit for apparent ‘damage’ “broken mop” I didn’t even see a mop in the house, and ‘lost’ bit of plastic on the remote control. The remote didn’t work from the day we arrived, you can see looking back at reviews from even last month it’s the same damage I’m being held responsible for. Scam artists. I’ve gone through previous reviews and screenshotted all damage I’m trying to be blamed for.

The property was really spacious, and the dining table fit multiple people at it which was good.

The house was not cleaned properly. And was not well stocked with essentials. The kitchen did not have enough equipment, just no basics like a dust pan and brush or chopping board very poor. The outside needed tidying up. Through the property there was multiple damages like the fridge door milk holder and the downstairs toilet was barely hanging on the wall. Considering the price it was poor and we will not return

Key code box means entry on arrival no matter the time. Modern property well presented as seen in the photos online. Close to amenities. We would definately book again. We travelled in a mixed mum's and daughters (age 12-17) group for an event and worked well for us.

Nothing we DIDN'T LIKE just a few comments for others to be aware of. Parking for one car, we used the travelodge next door for our additional vehicles. No chopping board, need to bring (or host supply?) additional bin bags as only one supplied, Need more glasses/plastic tumbler for soft drinks. (we had some small bottles of soft drinks so kids tended to use rather than drink from a glass) None of the above to impact us negatively or spoilt our fun. Great weekend with friends.

Place was really nice, and rooms where clean and comfortable great decor and everyone enjoyed their stay, phoned about lack of cutlery and some was brought straight away amazing

Lack of cups only 6 for 11 of us only noticed when we all went to have a hot drink, but they would have sorted it if I'd phoned again

Overall it was tired. Shabby towels, stained carpets, broken window catches, toilet seats etc Hardly any kitchen utensils

Great location, lovely and warm on arrival ,clean comfi bed and towels ,perfect stay for a group of family or friends .

It was on three floors it needed a hand rail for support coming down the stairs it slept 12 so it could have dont with a bit more seating in the living room.
